5 Sports Betting Rules

• In cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result is determined and no Duckworth-Lewis result applies, all bets on the match outcome will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has concluded will be voided.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per market are set by jjwin com and may vary by sport, event and user account.
• jjwin com reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion, including for accounts showing patterns consistent with arbitrage or professional betting strategies.

Esports markets — including PUBG Mobile, Dota 2, CS2 and Valorant — are settled based on official results as published by tournament organisers. Where results are disputed, jjwin com will follow the official ruling of the tournament authority.

6 Live Casino Rules

The Live Casino section of jjwin com features real-time games streamed from dedicated studios, including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show formats. The following conditions apply:

• All live casino games are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. Those rules take precedence in the event of any ambiguity.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game server. jjwin com is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on your end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per table are displayed before you join each game.

The jjwin com VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative betting activity across all sections of the platform including sports, live casino and esports.

• VIP tier status and associated benefits are reviewed on a rolling basis. Tier downgrades may occur if activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during the review period.
• VIP benefits — including faster withdrawal processing, higher PKR limits and exclusive promotions — are applied to your account automatically upon reaching each tier.
• VIP status is personal to your account and cannot be transferred to another user.
• jjwin com reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to affected users in advance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwin com. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using someone else's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities or mis-priced markets.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Users who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — should contact support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
